BARBELL CLUB
Pure weightlifting. This is where you dial in your snatch and clean and jerk, built on technique first, then load. Expect positional work, tempo lifts, and plenty of time under the bar to clean up what's holding your numbers back.
Every session is coached, so whether you're chasing your first proper snatch or adding kilos to a lift you've had for years, you're getting eyes on your bar path and your technique, not just a number on the plates.

Built for the hybrid athlete. This blends running with functional strength work, sled push, sled pull, rowing, ski erg, farmers carry, wall balls, burpees, the kind of training that builds an engine that runs and lifts. Whether you're chasing a specific race like Hyrox or just want fitness that transfers to real life, this is your class.
Every session is paced and coached so you're building genuine work capacity, not just surviving the hour.
RUN CLUB
Once a month, out the door together. Some months it's Parkrun, some months it's a trail, some months it's a straightforward out-and-back with coffee at the end. Every pace welcome, this isn't about splits.
It's social, it's fun, and it's a must, not a maybe. Community doesn't stop at the gym doors.
